Terms
Last updated: October 12th, 2026
These are the terms for using BZ (bleedzao.com). By making an account or using the site, you're agreeing to them. They're written in plain language, but they're still a real agreement.
bz is run by Tyler Ipson ("we," "us").
Who can use BZ
You need to be at least 17. Some content on BZ is mature, and the filters in settings can attempt to hide it.
One account per person. Don't make accounts to dodge a ban.
Your account
You sign in with your email, so keep your email account secure. You're responsible for what happens on your bz account.
Pick a username that isn't pretending to be someone else. Verified badges are only for people we've actually confirmed.
Your content
You own what you post. By posting it, you give us permission to host it, show it, and keep it on BZ, including after you delete your account (see the Privacy page). That permission only covers running BZ. We won't sell your posts or use them for anything else.
Only post things you have the right to post. If it's someone else's photo, recording, or writing, make sure you're allowed to share it.
Rules and moderation
Follow the Community rules. Each community and topic may have their own rules, they'll be displayed on their own page and they're part of these terms.
We can remove posts, label them, move them to a different topic, limit what an account can do, or ban accounts. We'll try to be fair and consistent about it, but we make the final call.
Posts get checked automatically by Jev. Jev picks topics, labels some posts (political, AI-generated, NSFW), and flags likely rule breaking for a mod to look at. Labels can be wrong. If one is, tell us and a mod will fix it.
Supporters
Supporters pay to help cover server costs and get cosmetic perks in return.
Perks are cosmetic. Supporting doesn't get you any say over moderation.
A one-time payment buys a set amount of perk time.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. If you cancel, you keep your perks through the end of the period you already paid for.
Payments are handled by Stripe.
Payments aren't refundable, but if something went wrong, email us and we'll sort it out.
Perks may change over time. If we drop something you paid for, we'll replace it with something comparable.
If you're banned, your perks end with your account. Banned supporters are not eligible for a prorated refund.
Copyright complaints
If you think something on BZ infringes your copyright, email legal [at] bleedzao [dot] com with:
The work you think is being infringed
A link to the content on BZ
Your contact info
A short explanation of why you believe it's being used without permission
A statement that you're the owner or authorized to act for them
We'll look into it and take down content that infringes. If your content was removed and you think it was a mistake, email us and we'll take another look. Accounts that keep posting infringing content get banned.
Links and affiliate links
Some links to stores like Amazon may be affiliate links. If you buy something through one, BZ may earn a small commission that helps pay for the servers. It doesn't cost you anything extra.
We're not responsible for other sites that people link to.
The site as-is
BZ is a community project run by a small crew. It's provided as-is. It might go down, lose data, or have bugs, and we can't promise otherwise. We'll try not to let that happen.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using BZ, and our total liability is limited to what you've paid us in the last 12 months, or $50 if you haven't paid anything.
Leaving or getting kicked out
You can delete your account any time from settings. We can suspend or ban accounts that break these terms or the rules. We can also shut BZ down entirely, and if we do, we'll give notice when we can.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll post about it on the site before it takes effect. Keep using BZ after that and you're agreeing to the new version.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Utah, USA.
